Introduction and specifications
The 210-liter Dewar has a double-wall body of SS304 stainless steel and is rated for a working pressure of up to 23 bar — a reliable choice for storing and supplying oxygen, nitrogen and argon for laser cutting and laser welding lines. It ships with standard RegO valves, and the hose and fittings are included free of charge. Asim Electronic provides a full one-year warranty with free parts replacement.
210-Liter Dewar: Pressurized Cryogenic Cylinder for Liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon
The Asim Electronic 210-liter Dewar is a double-wall cryogenic vessel made of 304 stainless steel, designed to store and supply liquid oxygen (LOX), liquid nitrogen (LN₂) and liquid argon (LAr) at a working pressure of up to 23 bar. The space between the two walls is under vacuum, minimizing heat ingress into the liquid and therefore evaporation. The Dewar supports both liquid and gas withdrawal, and its main use is supplying assist gas to fiber laser cutting and welding lines.

How Many Gas Cylinders Is One Dewar?
A 210-liter Dewar filled with liquid oxygen gives you as much gas as about 22 oxygen cylinders of 50 liters — one vessel next to the machine instead of constantly moving and swapping dozens of cylinders.
Wall Thickness: 4 + 4 mm 304 Stainless Steel
In a Dewar, the inner vessel holds the gas pressure, while the outer jacket protects the vacuum space and the inner vessel against impact and deformation. Dewars on the market come with wall thicknesses of 2 + 2, 3 + 3 and 4 + 4 mm. The Asim Electronic 210-liter Dewar uses the thickest common option — 4 mm for both walls — and both are 304 stainless steel.
Before buying any Dewar, ask the seller for the thickness and material of each wall separately. A thinner inner vessel means a smaller safety margin against pressure.
Dewars for Laser Cutting Machines
Fiber laser cutting machines usually use oxygen to cut carbon steel and nitrogen to cut stainless steel and aluminum with a clean edge. In high-consumption workshops, supplying gas from a Dewar instead of many compressed-gas cylinders reduces changeovers and delivers more stable gas pressure to the machine. Asim Electronic builds and supplies laser cutting machines itself, so we recommend a Dewar that matches your machine's real needs.
Dewar vs. Standard Gas Cylinder
A standard cylinder stores gas in compressed form, while a Dewar stores it as a very cold liquid. Each liter of liquid oxygen, nitrogen or argon produces a large volume of gas when it evaporates, so one 210-liter Dewar replaces many gas cylinders and takes up less workshop space.
Technical note: in the Iranian market, pressurized cryogenic vessels are also called "Dewars". Strictly speaking, a simple Dewar is non-pressurized; this product is a pressurized cryogenic vessel (Cryogenic Liquid Cylinder) with a safety relief valve and pressure gauge. Dewar Safety and Maintenance
- Always keep the vessel upright in a well-ventilated area.
- For liquid oxygen, valves and fittings must be clean, free of oil and grease, and rated for oxygen service.
- Do not use a vessel that has been in oxygen service for another gas without consulting a specialist.
- Never block the safety relief valve, and check the pressure gauge regularly.
- Wear suitable gloves and face protection when handling cryogenic liquids.
